All of ASE-Md1020-02, ASE-Md1050/20 and ASE-Md1090-50 are module type X-band ASE light sources convenient for integration into equipments. Two module sizes are available for each model: L type 36 x 190 x 132 mm and S type 18 x 120 x 90 mm. These modules are operated on 5 VDC and the optical properties are the same as the corresponding bench-top models.
